Motivation to Accomplish Goals

If there is one thing I am…its motivated. Before you think I
am bragging or patting myself on the back stay with me a sec OK?
One reason why I am very productive and get more items done
and accomplished in one day than most do in two – especially
in the real estate world is due to motivation. Where does my
motivation come from?

Before I tell you that not only do I get more accomplished I also
am in great shape health wise.

Now, is everything perfect in ‘Garmanworld’ – HECK NO!

Right now I have more challenges and problems than I have
ever had. No perfect life here..

But under the circumstances due to my motivation I am accomplishing
a lot more than many others and probably more than you.

Again – I am not bragging or bringing you down. What I am
doing is explaining WHY. ..

Its because I have goals. Its my motivation to accomplish
those goals that gives me the results. Without the motivation
I would get nothing done. You see I have goals that I work
toward for all of those items I consider important in my
life. My motivation is getting me to work on them whether
its working on another project, working out every morning
or spending time with the kids. Its not because I am
smarter than YOU – its because I have goals on all of
those items that I am working toward..

That gives me the motivation to get up in the morning and
get moving!!

So…Here is the deal. If you want to get off of dead
center – if you are NOT where you want to be COULD IT
BE because you do not have REAL goals that you are
sincerely working toward?

The key to success – in anything starts there. Get your
goals going and watch the motivation that you may not
have had in the past come to your aid and give you that
EXTRA you need in order to lead the life you know that
you are capable of living

Think of it this way...

Right now all you have is you. And you alone
can only do so much.

If you are going to truly become a mogul you'll
need a team organized by responsibility like...
- Marketing Division
- PR Division
- Support Division
- Deal Division
- Banking and Credit Division

What if...

You could just leverage a team of experts
already in place?

And do it for a TINY fraction of the cost.

And totally avoid the hiring process, research,
mistakes, payroll, etc.

Oh, and the whole team was ready to start
getting you leads ASAP.

And what if that team was already trained
in results driven methods and have already
done tons of deals?
